MowMe is designed to keep data collection minimal.

Data You May Provide

When creating an airfield, you may optionally provide an admin email address. That email can be used to help recover or resend administrative access.

MowMe also stores the airfield data you enter, such as the airfield name, coordinates, timezone, mapped work areas, task schedules, and task completion history.

Access Links

MowMe uses secret access links instead of user accounts. Anyone with a valid link may be able to view or manage the airfield according to that link's permissions.

Analytics

This app may use PostHog analytics to understand product usage and improve the service.

External Providers

Some features depend on external services, such as airport lookup data and map imagery providers. Requests to those services may be subject to their own privacy practices.

Retention

Data remains available until it is removed by the operator or deleted from the underlying service.
